On Acceptance

I wrote this on one cold night at Mt Abu, the only hill station of Rajasthan, on 26th Jan 2007

“You eat that”, she said.
Twisted her lips,
Gaped her mouth
And expressed an awe.

She said I drink that.
Pursed her lips,
Shook her head,
To express unacceptance.

She said, “How can you do that?!”
Cursed me,
Verbosed with me
To say she disliked.

When I eat, drink and do that
Your morality is unflawed to me.
I accept you unchanged,
O’ Please learn liberty.
